Collins (ankle) has been ruled out of Monday's game against the Wizards, Ty Jager of FanSided.com reports.
Collins will miss a second straight game due to right ankle soreness. His next chance to suit up will come Wednesday versus Orlando. In Collins' absence, Dominick Barlow should operate as the primary backup center again.
