Green did not participate in Wednesday's full morning shootaround and isn't expected to face San Antonio, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Green is among six Suns players expected to miss Wednesday's exhibition contest. The reason for his anticipated absence is likely maintenance related, leaving Friday's preseason finale against Utah as his next potential opportunity to take the floor.
