Ighodaro won't start Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.
Khaman Maluach will get the starting nod in Phoenix's regular-season opener, sending Ighodaro to the bench in his return to game action. The third-year big man still figures to play a sizable role in the absence of Mark Williams (shoulder), and it wouldn't be surprising to see Ighodaro draw starts in the future.
