Holmgren (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Tuesday's preseason game against the Pacers, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Holmgren has yet to play in the preseason due to a quad contusion and will remain on the inactive list in the second leg of this back-to-back set. The big man's final chance to suit up before the regular season will come Thursday versus Houston.
