Joe is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Bulls, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
The Thunder have decided to shake things up in their lineup for their second game of the season and will insert Cason Wallace in the backcourt instead of Joe. Joe played 20 minutes as a starter in the season opener against Denver on Thursday, tallying seven points, two rebounds and an assist.
