The Timberwolves signed Nix to a two-way contract Friday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
After Minnesota released Matt Ryan, Nix was able to take his two-way spot. Nix has made 81 NBA appearances across two seasons with Houston but will split time between the NBA and G League in 2023-24.
