Conley (toe) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Rockets.
Conley will miss his third consecutive contest due to a sprained toe on his left foot. With the veteran point guard sidelined, Donte DiVincenzo will draw the start once again. Conley's next chance to suit up will come Wednesday against the Kings.
