The Nets waived Scott on Tuesday, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports.
This is an expected move by Brooklyn. The Nets signed him to an Exhibit 10 contract Oct. 13, which means he'll get a bonus for joining the Long Island Nets in the G League.
