Wallace will be waived by the Pelicans, Christian Clark of NOLA.com reports.
After signing Jose Alvarado to a full NBA contract on Sunday night, the Pelicans need to free up a roster spot, so they'll do that by waiving Wallace, who was playing on a 10-day deal. Wallace appeared in six games for New Orleans between March 13 and March 24, providing some extra depth while Brandon Ingram was sidelined with a hamstring injury.
