Porzingis agreed to a two-year, $40 million contract extension with the Warriors on Monday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Porzingis is set to remain with the Warriors after being traded from the Hawks ahead of last season's trade deadline, and his new deal includes a player option for the second season. The veteran big man appeared in 15 regular-season contests for the Warriors, during which he averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.1 blocks across 23.7 minutes per showing.
