Black (two-way) is listed as out for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.
Due to the timing of his signing a two-way deal with the Wizards, Black is eligible to suit up for 15 games at the NBA level. The Wizards are choosing to hold Black out against the 76ers in an effort to manage his availability, but because he's been active on nine occasions, he'll be eligible to play in each of the team's final six games of the season after Wednesday.
