Robbins has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Pacers due to left heel soreness, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports. Robbins has yet to hit double-digit minutes in a single game this season, and he has averaged only 4.5 minutes per game across four appearances. The two-way center's next chance to suit up will come Saturday against the Hornets.

Robbins won't start Wednesday's regular-season opener against the 76ers. Robbins received a starting nod to end the preseason, but the 25-year-old is unlikely to log relevant minutes at the NBA level in 2024-25. Damian Lillard, Gary Trent, Taurean Prince, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Brook Lopez represent Milwaukee's starting unit Wednesday.

The Bucks signed Robbins to a two-way contract Saturday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Robbins was competing with Anzejs Pasecniks for the final depth center position on the Bucks' roster and ultimately won. The big man spent last season with the Birmingham Squadron in the G League, but he will now start the 2024-25 campaign on the Bucks' roster. He will be available to provide depth in Milwaukee's frontcourt if needed.
