  • Jazz's Walker Kessler: Grabs 11 boards in return

    Kessler (foot) finished with six points (3-9 FG), 11 rebounds, two assists and one block across 24 minutes in Saturday's 142-121 loss to Denver.

    Before missing the Jazz's previous four games with a right foot sprain, Kessler had come off the bench in each of his most recent three appearances, but he took on a starting role Saturday. He could be a candidate to hit the bench when the Jazz get both Lauri Markkanen (quadricep) and Taylor Hendricks (toe) back in action, but for the time being, Kessler may be in store for boosted minutes in a depleted Jazz frontcourt.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Likely to play Monday

    Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said after Saturday's 126-113 win over the Warriors that Wembanyama (ankle) is expected to play in Monday's rematch with Golden State in San Antonio, Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio reports.

    Wembanyama has missed the Spurs' last two games with a right ankle sprain, but the club always envisioned him making his return to action Monday, barring a setback. The team should release its initial injury report for Monday's game at some point Sunday, but expect Wembanyama to be listed as probable for that contest, if not removed from the report entirely.

    Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Top distributor in balanced outing

    Jokic tallied 26 points (12-14 FG, 2-2 FT), eight assists, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 32 minutes in Saturday's 142-121 win over Utah.

    Jokic handed out a team-best assist total while hauling in a half-dozen rebounds, recording a team-high-tying pair of blocks and ending as one of two Nuggets with 25 or more points in Saturday's victory. Jokic has recorded at least 25 points, five rebounds and five assists in four straight games and in nine of his last 15 contests.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Records double-double Saturday

    Vucevic finished Saturday's 112-102 loss to the Clippers with 22 points (9-22 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds and two assists across 35 minutes.

    Vucevic has registered a double-double in each of his last four games and is up to 37 on the year. The big man has now tallied at least 20 points and 10 rebounds in three straight games. Vucevic is averaging 21.0 points on 48.9 percent shooting (including 42.9 percent from three), 11.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists over 33.5 minute per game in March.

  • Hornets' Nick Richards: Strong double-double in win

    Richards supplied 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds, one block and one steal in 31 minutes during Saturday's 110-99 victory over the Nets.

    Richards tallied his second straight double-double, continuing to put up standard-league value on most nights. with Mark Williams (back) likely done for the season, Richards has made the most of his opportunities thus far. He is the 80th-ranked player over the past two weeks, averaging 11.7 points and 8.1 rebounds to go with 2.0 combined steals and blocks. He should be rostered in all formats.

  • Duop Reath C | ATL

    Trail Blazers' Duop Reath: Moves to bench

    Reath will come off the bench for Saturday's game against the Raptors.

    This is an expected move with Deandre Ayton (hand) back in the lineup. Reath was terrific in his previous five games, averaging 17.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 blocks and 2.4 three-pointers.

    Pistons' Jalen Duren: Ejected against Dallas

    Duren was ejected from Saturday's game versus Dallas with 7:03 remaining in the fourth quarter with two technical fouls. He finished with six points (1-4 FG, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds and three assists in 16 minutes.

    Duren got into an altercation with P.J. Washington and ended up in a shoving match. James Wiseman immediately checked into the game and has had one of his best showings of the campaign.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

    Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Available versus Jazz

    Jokic (arm) is available versus the Jazz on Saturday.

    Jokic was carrying a probable tag prior to getting the green light, as the Nuggets wanted him to get through warmups without any setbacks. Jokic was unstoppable in Thursday's win over Boston, producing 32 points (11-19 FG, 10-10 FT), 12 rebounds, 11 assists and two steals across 39 minutes.

  • Trail Blazers' Deandre Ayton: Good to go Saturday

    Ayton (hand) will start Saturday's game against Toronto, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.

    No surprise here, as Ayton was previously considered probable. He missed the past five games for Portland, but there's no word of any restrictions. Duop Reath will likely move to the bench with Ayton back in the mix.

  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Questionable to face Minnesota

    Davis is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Timberwolves due to left shoulder soreness, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.

    Davis tweaked his left shoulder during Friday's 123-122 win over the Bucks, and his status looks as though it could come down to a game-time call ahead of Sunday's 9:30 p.m. ET opening tip. The star big man has thus far played in all nine of the Lakers' games since the All-Star break, averaging 23.8 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.3 blocks and 0.9 steals in 36.1 minutes per contest.
