Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Won't return vs. Miami

Jokic (knee) won't return to Monday's game against the Heat, Sam Amick of The Athletic reports.

Jokic went down late in the second quarter and limped to the locker room before eventually being ruled out for the remainder of the game with a left knee injury. He'll finish with 21 points (9-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), eight assists and five rebounds in 19 minutes. If the three-time MVP is forced to miss additional time, Jonas Valanciunas and Zeke Nnaji are candidates for increased playing time. Jokic's next chance to play will come Wednesday against the Raptors, and the Nuggets are expected to provide an update on his status by Tuesday night.

  • Mavericks' Anthony Davis: Won't go Monday

Davis (thigh) won't play Monday against Portland, Christian Clark of The Athletic reports.

Davis attended Monday's morning shootaround but ultimately isn't feeling healthy enough to give it a go. This will mark his second straight absence due to a right thigh injury. Daniel Gafford should be in line for another start at center with Davis sidelined.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Officially questionable to return

Jokic is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Heat due to a left knee injury.

Jokic went down at the end of the first half and was ultimately able to walk off under his own power. However, his status for the remainder of the matchup remains up in the air. Jonas Valanciunas started the third quarter in Jokic's place.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Limps to locker room Monday

Jokic exited to the locker room after sustaining an apparent left knee injury in the second quarter of Monday's game against the Heat, Vinny Benedetto of The Denver Gazette reports.

Jokic went down late in the second quarter and grabbed at his left knee before limping back to the locker room. If the superstar big man is unable to return for the second half, Jonas Valanciunas and Zeke Nnaji will likely pick up the slack the rest of the way.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Clippers' John Collins: Iffy for Tuesday

Collins (illness) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Kings.

Collins is still under the weather and is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive contest. If the 28-year-old forward is unable to give it a go Tuesday, Nicolas Batum will likely take on an increased role. Over his last five games, Collins has averaged 13.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 combined steals-plus-blocks in 26.8 minutes per tilt.

  • Jaxson Hayes C | LAL

Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Good to go for Tuesday

Hayes (ankle) is not listed on the injury report for Tuesday's matchup against Detroit.

Hayes will be available to return after missing a pair of matchups due to a left ankle injury. He's struggled to contribute when healthy in December, averaging 6.2 points and 4.0 rebounds over 16.6 minutes per contest in nine games.

  • Drew Eubanks C | SAC

Kings' Drew Eubanks: Set for Tuesday return

Eubanks (thumb) is not listed on the injury report for Tuesday's game against the Clippers

Eubanks will be available to make his first appearance since Dec. 11 after suffering a left thumb avulsion fracture. He figures to be on a minutes restriction in his first game or two back, but his return will presumably eat into Dylan Cardwell's playing time.

  • Bam Adebayo PF | MIA

Heat's Bam Adebayo: Will play against Nuggets

Adebayo (back) is available for Monday's game against Denver, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

The star big man is returning from a two-game absence due to lower-back soreness, and he should be able to handle his normal allotment of playing time. Adebayo has been relatively quiet as a scorer of late, but he's still averaged a productive 13.6 points, 10.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 32.6 minutes per game over his last seven outings.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Bulls' Zach Collins: Set to miss multiple games

Collins (toe), who won't play in Monday's game against Minnesota, is expected to be out for the rest of the week, K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Networkreports.

Collins is battling a sprained right toe, and the timeline suggests he'll be sidelined for at least three more contests following Monday's action. With Collins on the mend, Jalen Smith should have the backup center role all to himself behind starter Nikola Vucevic.

  • Celtics' Chris Boucher: Won't suit up Tuesday

Boucher (personal) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Jazz.

Boucher will miss his third straight game due to personal reasons, though his absence shouldn't affect the Boston rotation. The veteran big man's next opportunity to suit up will come Thursday against the Kings.
