Duncan Robinson SG | DET
Pistons' Duncan Robinson: Present for shootaround
Robinson (back) was present at Friday's morning shootaround, Omari Sankofa II of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Robinson was unable to go in Game 5 due to lower-back soreness, but he remains day-to-day with a questionable tag ahead of Game 6. Ausar Thompson could see another massive workload if Robinson is unable to give it a go.

Kevin Huerter SG | DET
Pistons' Kevin Huerter: Questionable for Friday
Huerter (adductor) is questionable for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Cavaliers on Friday, Danny Cunningham of Sports Radio 92.3 The Fan Cleveland reports.
Huerter managed to make his first appearance of the series Wednesday after missing time with a left adductor strain, but he logged only three minutes and recorded one assist. It's unclear how much the 27-year-old will be able to contribute if he's ultimately given the green light to suit up.

Caris LeVert SG | DET
Pistons' Caris LeVert: Iffy for Friday
LeVert (heel) is questionable for Friday's Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against Cleveland.
The veteran swingman has battled a right heel contusion throughout this series, but the issue hasn't stopped him from suiting up in any of Detroit's last five contests. Marcus Sasser could play an expanded role in the event that LeVert cannot play Friday, and Javonte Green would also be an option to rejoin the rotation.

Pistons' Duncan Robinson: Game-time call for Game 6
Robinson (back) is questionable for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against Cleveland on Friday, Danny Cunningham of Sports Radio 92.3 The Fan Cleveland reports.
Robinson was unable to go in Game 5 due to lower-back soreness, and he's back on the injury report of Friday's matchup. The Pistons will presumably monitor the sharpshooter closely in shootaround and warmups before issuing another update on his availability for Game 6.

Javonte Green SG | DET
Pistons' Javonte Green: Left out of rotation in Game 5
Green (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Wednesday in the Pistons' 117-113 overtime loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
After playing in all 82 games during the regular season as well as the Pistons' first 11 games of the playoffs, Green failed to see the court for the first time in the 2025-26 campaign during Game 5. Green's prospects for rejoining the Detroit rotation likely won't get any better moving forward, as the Pistons were without starting wing Duncan Robinson (back) for Game 5 but could get him back for Friday's Game 6.

Kevin Huerter SG | DET
Pistons' Kevin Huerter: Light run in return
Huerter (adductor) recorded one assist over three minutes off the bench Wednesday in the Pistons' 117-113 overtime loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Available to play for the first time since Game 4 of the Pistons' first-round playoff series versus the Magic, Huerter was a fringe member of head coach J.B. Bickerstaff's rotation. The veteran wing checked into the contest with 6:17 left in the first quarter and played a brief shift before heading back to the bench, where he remained for the rest of the game. Regardless of whether Duncan Robinson (back) plays in Friday's Game 6 after sitting out Wednesday, Huerter could find himself outside of Bickerstaff's rotation entirely.

Daniss Jenkins PG | DET
Pistons' Daniss Jenkins: Drops 19 points in spot start
Jenkins closed with 19 points (8-17 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal over 41 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 overtime loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Jenkins moved into the starting lineup, replacing Duncan Robinson, who was ruled out with a back injury. Jenkins made the most of his opportunity, scoring a postseason-high 19 points, adding three combined steals and blocks. In 12 postseason games, Jenkins has averaged 8.0 points, 2.8 assists and 0.9 three-pointers in 21.1 minutes per game. However, he has now scored double digits in four of the past six games, seeing elevated minutes on a consistent basis.

Paul Reed C | DET
Pistons' Paul Reed: Increased role in Game 5 loss
Reed logged 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and two blocks over 17 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 overtime loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Reed played the entire fourth quarter, as well as the overtime period, supplanting Jalen Duren, who once again struggled to have any sort of tangible impact. While Reed was able to provide the team with some much-needed energy, it was not enough as Detroit snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, falling to a 3-2 series deficit.

Jalen Duren C | DET
Pistons' Jalen Duren: Struggles again in overtime loss
Duren contributed nine points (3-5 FG, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one steal in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 overtime loss to Cleveland in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Duren continues to struggle on both ends of the floor, to the point where he didn't touch the floor in the final quarter or during overtime. After a breakout season, Duren has been unable to carry that form into the postseason, averaging 10.1 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.0 blocks through 12 appearances. Detroit now trails 3-2, with the series heading back to Cleveland. The Pistons would love to see the regular-season version of Duren, something that has certainly been missing thus far during the playoffs.

Evan Mobley PF | CLE
Cavaliers' Evan Mobley: Flirts with triple-double in win
Mobley ended with 19 points (6-13 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), eight rebounds, eight assists, three blocks and one steal over 43 minutes during Wednesday's 117-113 overtime victory over the Pistons in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
Mobley continues to dominate on both ends of the floor, falling just short of what would have been his first triple-double of the season. At this point, Mobley has basically made Jalen Duren a non-factor, playing a massive role in what is now a 3-2 series lead. Thus far in the playoffs, Mobley has been fantastic, averaging 16.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.3 three-pointers and 2.8 combined steals and blocks. Game 6 will be on Friday in Cleveland, where the Cavaliers will look to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals.
