  • Malik Monk SG | SAC

Kings' Malik Monk: Not listed on injury report

Monk (ankle) is not being listed on the injury report ahead of Friday's game in Boston.

Monk is set to return from a two-game layoff Friday evening, and with Russell Westbrook (foot) out, Monk could see some additional minutes and shots falling his way. The nine-year veteran has been heating up over the past five games with averages of 18.6 points, 3.2 assists, 3.8 triples and just 1.4 turnovers per contest.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Sitting out Friday

Sabonis won't play Friday against Boston due to left knee injury management.

Friday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, so Sabonis will sit out for maintenance reasons. In Sabonis' absence, the Kings will likely lean more on Maxime Raynaud and Dylan Cardwell at center.

  • Pelle Larsson SF | MIA

Heat's Pelle Larsson: Scores 15 points with two steals

Larsson supplied 15 points (4-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 6-7 FT), six rebounds, three assists and two steals in 29 minutes during Thursday's 116-113 win over the Bulls.

With both Davion Mitchell (shoulder) and Tyler Herro (ribs) nursing injuries, Larsson has been flirting with 30 minutes per contest, and he's made the most of the increased opportunity. Over his past four appearances, Larsson has been a late-round producer with averages of 13.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 three-pointers per game.

  • Isaac Okoro SF | CHI

Bulls' Isaac Okoro: Quiet outing in loss

Okoro closed Thursday's 116-113 loss to the Heat with eight points (3-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one block in 26 minutes.

Okoro continues to see sizable workloads for the Bulls, but his fantasy appeal remains very low. Over his last 11 games, he's seeing 26.5 minutes per contest with averages of 8.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.5 blocks and 1.3 three-pointers on 47.3 percent shooting from the field.

  • Kings' Precious Achiuwa: Pulls down 13 rebounds in loss

Achiuwa ended Thursday's 113-111 loss to the 76ers with eight points (4-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt), 13 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes.

Achiuwa's 13 boards were a game high, and this was his fourth game in January with at least one steal and one block. His minutes fluctuate with the matchup, so he's not much more than a rebounding specialist in deep leagues. Through 16 games in January, Achiuwa has averaged 8.1 points and 6.3 rebounds per contest.

  • Jalen Pickett PG | DEN

Nuggets' Jalen Pickett: Scoreless in win

Pickett amassed zero points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three rebounds and three assists across 15 minutes during Thursday's 107-103 win over the Nets.

Pickett continues to start for a shorthanded Denver squad but had another quiet outing. Meanwhile, both Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway had productive games off the bench. Pickett has been ice cold for quite a while and is only worth monitoring in deeper formats for the time being.

  • Clint Capela C | HOU

Rockets' Clint Capela: Fares well off bench

Capela produced 10 points (4-4 FG, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 18 minutes during Thursday's 104-86 victory over the Hawks.

Capela was a bright spot against his former team. Although he's been used sparingly by Houston this season, he does have an opportunity to carve out a larger role with Steven Adams (ankle) out for the season. The veteran center logged single-digit minutes in his previous two contests, so fantasy managers will need to see consistent workloads before adding him in most cases.

  • Pete Nance PF | MIL

Bucks' Pete Nance: Solid line in loss

Nance finished with 13 points (6-10 FG, 1-3 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 20 minutes during Thursday's 109-99 loss to Washington.

This was a strong showing for Nance after seeing a combined 14 minutes in his last two appearances. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) sidelined and in the rumor mill, Nance is someone who could carve out a larger role for himself in the second half of the season. He's someone to monitor closely in deeper formats.

  • Celtics' Neemias Queta: Available to play

Queta (illness) is available to play in Friday's game against the Kings, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Queta will shake off a probable tag and is set to return from a one-game absence. With this news, Amari Williams is likely to retreat to the second unit Friday.

  • Jaylen Brown SF | BOS

Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Sitting out Friday

Brown (hamstring/knee) will not play Friday against the Kings, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.

Brown was listed as doubtful heading into the day while he manages left hamstring tightness and a right knee contusion, so his absence Friday is fully expected. The Celtics haven't indicated that either injury is a major concern for Brown, but his status will still need to be monitored leading up to Sunday's game against the Bucks. His absence Friday should open up elevated minutes for Hugo Gonzalez and Baylor Scheierman, while Derrick White, Payton Pritchard and Anfernee Simons could see increased usage.
