Small was made available ahead of Friday's loss to Utah following a three-game stint on the inactive list, though he didn't see the floor. The rookie second-rounder is likely to suit up for Sunday's regular-season finale and could see increased playing time if Walter Clayton (hip) or Adama Bal (ankle) is ruled out.

Bal (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rockets.

Bal drew his first start in the Association during Friday's loss to Utah, though he may need to sit out Sunday's regular-season finale in Houston due to a right ankle sprain. In eight regular-season appearances, the rookie has averaged 10.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals in 30.1 minutes per showing. If he's ruled out, Lucas Williamson, Rayan Rupert and Javon Small (thigh) would be candidates for increased run.

Coward (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Houston.

Coward will miss a second straight game due to lower-back soreness. The rookie first-rounder has impressed this season and will finish the 2025-26 campaign averaging 13.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists while shooting 47.1 percent from the field in 25.8 minutes per game across 62 regular-season appearances (47 starts).

Clayton (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rockets.

Clayton is in jeopardy of missing a second straight game due to a left hip issue. If the rookie first-rounder is unable to suit up in Memphis' regular-season finale, Lucas Williamson, Javon Small (thigh) and Rayan Rupert would be candidates for increased playing time.

Highsmith (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Highsmith has missed the Suns' last 12 games, and while the questionable tag leaves the door open for a return, it wouldn't be surprising if he sits out. Highsmith hasn't played since March 17. He's been limited to just five appearances this season, averaging 6.6 points and 2.6 rebounds per game.

Goodwin (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Goodwin is in danger of missing a second consecutive contest due to a left ankle sprain. Jalen Green (knee) and Collin Gillespie (shoulder) are also questionable, while Devin Booker (ankle) and Grayson Allen (hamstring) have already been ruled out, so the Suns could be very thin in the backcourt.

Ingles (personal) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Pelicans.

Ingles didn't play Friday against the Rockets due to personal reasons, but the veteran forward should suit up Sunday. Given that the Timberwolves have ruled nine players out for this regular-season finale, it wouldn't be surprising if Ingles sees a similar workload to the one he had against the Magic on Wednesday, when he logged 18 minutes.

Reid (shoulder) won't play Sunday against the Pelicans.

Reid is one of nine regular rotation members who won't suit up for Minnesota in the regular-season finale, but the big man should be ready to play in the postseason. Reid will finish the season averaging 13.6 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in 77 regular-season appearances (three starts).

Williams (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Williams may sit out Sunday's regular-season finale for maintenance purposes. If the big man is ultimately ruled out, Oso Ighodaro and Khaman Maluach would be candidates for expanded roles.

McDaniels won't play Sunday against the Pelicans due to left knee injury maintenance.

McDaniels scored 18 and 16 points in the games against the Magic and Rockets on Wednesday and Friday, respectively, but the veteran forward won't suit up for the regular-season finale. The Timberwolves will rest several of their regular rotation members, including McDaniels. The veteran forward should be ready for the start of the playoffs April 18.
