  • Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Serviceable in return

Hartenstein logged 10 points (5-9 FG), nine rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 20 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to the Spurs.

Hartenstein returned from a six-game absence as a result of a calf injury, moving straight into the starting lineup. He was limited to just 20 minutes, likely part of his return-to-action plan. In 20 games thus far, Hartenstein is averaging 12.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 combined steals and blocks, good enough for borderline top 50 value. While these numbers may take a hit following the recent return of Jalen Williams, Hartenstein should be able to continue flirting with top 70 value the rest of the way.

  • Alex Caruso PG | OKC

    Thunder's Alex Caruso: Season-high 11 points

Caruso contributed 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, three assists and three steals over 24 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to San Antonio.

Caruso recorded double digits for just the third time, matching his season-high with 11 points. Injuries continue to be an issue for Caruso, having missed nine games thus far, due to various ailments. When healthy, he remains one of the best steal streamers in the league, averaging 1.8 thefts in just 18.8 minutes per game.

  • Aaron Wiggins SG | OKC

Thunder's Aaron Wiggins: Goes scoreless in loss

Wiggins had zero points (0-4 FG, 0-4 3Pt) and one rebound over 12 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to the Spurs.

Wiggins had a rough night Saturday, failing to score for the first time this season. The ascension of Ajay Mitchell has cut into Wiggins' opportunities thus far, while the return of a number of key players has basically made him obsolete in standard fantasy leagues. Through 15 appearances, Wiggins is averaging 12.3 points and 2.3 three-pointers in 24.2 minutes per game, making him a streaming option and nothing more.

  • Spurs' Harrison Barnes: Struggles in win Saturday

Barnes notched six points (2-10 FG, 0-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds, five assists and two steals over 27 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 win over the Thunder.

Barnes came crashing back to earth, recording one of his worst performances of the season. Although the veteran has been able to provide the Spurs with a relatively consistent scoring punch, a lack of peripherals limits his overall fantasy value. Through 25 games, Barnes is averaging 13.2 points, 1.1 steals and 2.4 three-pointers in 31.0 minutes per contest.

  • Spurs' Keldon Johnson: Tallies season-low three points

Johnson finished with three points (1-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt), six rebounds and one steal over 14 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 win over the Thunder.

Johnson had his worst game of the season, scoring single digits for just the fifth time. Despite coming off the bench, Johnson has been able to flirt with standard league value, averaging 12.7 points and 6.5 rebounds in 23.6 minutes per game, through 25 games. However, with Victor Wembanyama returning from a calf injury, Johnson's role is likely to be more sporadic, much like it was Saturday.

  • Luke Kornet C | SA

Spurs' Luke Kornet: Grabs eight boards in win

Kornet totaled two points (1-3 FG), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal in 24 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 victory over the Thunder.

Kornet remained in the starting lineup despite the return of Victor Wembanyama, although his time in the opening five could very soon come to an end. While he has been an adequate replacement during Wembanyama's absence, it's only a matter of time before he moves to a backup role, meaning his fantasy value will likely evaporate. He could be worth holding for one or two more games, assuming the Spurs take a cautious approach with Wembanyama. Beyond that, Kornet should be viewed as nothing more than a streaming candidate.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Nears double-double in return

Wembanyama (calf) posted 22 points (6-11 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 9-12 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 21 minutes in Saturday's 111-109 win over the Thunder.

Wembanyama came off the bench for the first time in his NBA career following a 12-game absence due to a left calf strain. The star big man impressed in his return, finishing as the Spurs' leading rebounder while tying the second-highest scoring total on the team. He also recorded a team-best plus-21 point differential and a game-high two blocks in his limited run. Wembanyama and the Spurs will face the Knicks in the NBA Cup Championship on Tuesday, and it will be worth monitoring whether he remains on a similar minutes restriction.

  • Magic's Jase Richardson: Leads bench in loss

Richardson contributed nine points (3-4 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two assists and one rebound in eight minutes during Saturday's 132-120 loss to New York.

The rookie first-rounder did not see the floor in the first three quarters but played the last 7:35 with Jalen Suggs (hip) exiting to the locker room and not returning. Richardson impressed during his limited run and ended with a bench-high nine points for Orlando. The Michigan State product is not guaranteed to play meaningful minutes on a nightly basis, though he could see increased playing time if Suggs is forced to miss additional time.

  • Magic's Wendell Carter: Efficient in loss

Carter finished Saturday's 132-120 loss to New York with 14 points (4-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, four steals and two assists in 35 minutes.

Carter provided another efficient performance Saturday and was one of five Magic players to score in double figures, recording 14 points for a second consecutive contest. The big man also tallied a game- and season-best four steals, doubling his previous season high in swipes. Carter has scored in double figures in back-to-back outings following a three-game stretch in which he totaled 20 points. He has grabbed at least six rebounds in each of those five appearances.

  • Paolo Banchero PF | ORL

Magic's Paolo Banchero: Scores 25 points in defeat

Banchero contributed 25 points (10-22 FG, 0-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal in 35 minutes during Saturday's 132-120 loss to the Knicks.

Banchero had an abysmal outing from beyond the arc but still finished as Orlando's second-leading scorer. The star forward scored just eight points on 3-of-8 shooting in the first half but came alive in the second, when he totaled 17 points, albeit in a losing effort. He was also active on the glass, grabbing a game-high-tying eight rebounds. Banchero made his fourth appearance following a 10-game absence due to a groin strain and appears to be past his minutes restriction. The 23-year-old has totaled 67 minutes in his last two games, during which he has amassed 43 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one block.
