Terrence Shannon Jr. SG | MIN
Timberwolves' Terrence Shannon: Recalled after G League outings
The Timberwolves recalled Shannon (foot) from the G League's Iowa Wolves on Wednesday.
Minnesota won't play again until Feb. 20 against the Mavericks after heading into the All-Star break with a win over Portland on Wednesday, but Shannon looks like he'll be available when the Timberwolves open their second-half schedule. Shannon hasn't played for Minnesota since Dec. 25 while recovering from a left foot abductor hallucis strain, but he proved his health while playing in games with Iowa on back-to-back days. Between losses to the Austin Spurs on Tuesday and Wednesday, Shannon played 41 total minutes and recorded 47 points (14-26 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 10-12 FT), eight assists, three rebounds and one block.

Bronny James PG | LAL
Lakers' Bronny James: Recalled after G League outing
The Lakers recalled James from the G League's South Bay Lakers on Wednesday, Ryan Ward of SI.com reports.
James will rejoin the parent club ahead of Thursday's contest versus the Mavericks after he logged 29 minutes for South Bay in its 128-116 win over the San Diego Clippers on Wednesday, finishing with 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-1 FT), six assists, three rebounds and two blocks. The second-year guard will be preparing to play in his third game in three days Thursday, as he had previously put up 12 points (5-10 FG, 2-2 3Pt), six assists, three rebounds and one block in 25 minutes in a blowout loss to the Spurs on Tuesday. The Lakers were missing several key players for that game, but with the team getting all of LeBron James (foot), Marcus Smart (ankle) and Austin Reaves (calf) back for Thursday's contest, Bronny James likely won't be included in the rotation.

Alex Sarr C | WAS
Wizards' Alex Sarr: Out two weeks with hamstring strain
The Wizards announced Thursday that Sarr has been diagnosed with a right hamstring strain and is expected to face a two-week recovery timeline.
Sarr sat out Wednesday's 138-113 loss to the Cavaliers with what the team had classified as right hamstring tightness, but follow-up tests confirmed that the second-year big man is dealing with a strain. As a result of the injury, Sarr will sit out the Castrol Rising Stars exhibition at All-Star weekend in Los Angeles, and he'll likely miss at least a handful of contests coming out of the All-Star break. Tristan Vukcevic (illness) joined Sarr on the sideline for Wednesday's loss, but Vukcevic will likely be ready to fill in for Sarr as the Wizards' starting center in the team's next game Feb. 19 versus the Pacers.

Brice Sensabaugh SG | UTA
Jazz's Brice Sensabaugh: Strong showing off bench
Sensabaugh ended with 19 points (8-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt), two rebounds and one steal across 24 minutes during Wednesday's 121-93 win over Sacramento.
Sensabaugh put together a strong night on the offensive end, as he led the Utah bench with 19 points. He's been shooting the basketball well from beyond the arc lately, hitting at a clip of 41.4 percent over his last five matchups. Sensabaugh is averaging 15.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists during this five-game stretch.

Jaren Jackson Jr. PF | UTA
Jazz's Jaren Jackson: Paces scoring effort
Jackson chipped in 23 points (8-13 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-7 FT), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 121-93 victory over the Kings.
Jackson has now put up 20-plus points in each of his first three matchups as a member of the Jazz, as he propelled the team to a second straight victory Wednesday evening. The 26-year-old actually saw his minutes dip given the blowout, but he still managed to lead Utah in scoring and recorded at least one steal and one block for the first time in four games this month.

Isaiah Collier PG | UTA
Jazz's Isaiah Collier: Records another double-double
Collier provided 12 points (5-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt), one rebound, 14 assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 121-93 win over the Kings.
Collier turned in an efficient shooting performance, resulting in his 10th straight game in double figures. He's also been distributing the ball at a high level lately and has tallied a double-double in four of his last five matchups. Collier will continue to run the Utah offense until Keyonte George (ankle) is cleared to return.

Nique Clifford SG | SAC
Kings' Nique Clifford: Can't get shot to fall
Clifford supplied six points (1-15 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and two steals across 38 minutes during Wednesday's 121-93 loss to the Jazz.
Clifford turned in a horrendous shooting line, as he needed 15 attempts from the field to finish with six points. The rookie is converting at a clip of 16.1 percent from the field over his last two appearances, but at least he's been producing elsewhere. Clifford has dished out six assists in back-to-back games and has racked up two steals in three of his last four outings.

Devin Carter SG | SAC
Kings' Devin Carter: Steps up in rare start
Carter accumulated 19 points (4-13 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 10-12 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one block across 30 minutes during Wednesday's 121-93 loss to Utah.
With Russell Westbrook (ankle), Zach LaVine (finger) and Malik Monk (illness) all sidelined, Carter entered the starting lineup for the first time this season. Carter responded by posting his best scoring performance of the campaign while finishing second on his team in scoring behind DeMar DeRozan. The Providence product is now averaging 14.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists over his last five games.

Josh Okogie SG | HOU
Rockets' Josh Okogie: Comes up empty in loss
Okogie recorded no counting stats in 10 minutes during Wednesday's 105-102 loss to the Clippers.
Okogie did his best Tony Snell impersonation, failing to record a stat despite playing 10 minutes. While he has been able to remain in the rotation, Okogie rarely contributes in the box score. In 52 games this season, he has averaged just 5.2 points and 0.9 steals in 19.6 minutes per game.

Tari Eason PF | HOU
Rockets' Tari Eason: Struggles from floor in loss
Eason closed Wednesday's 105-102 loss to the Clippers with 13 points (4-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds and three assists over 34 minutes.
Eason shot the ball poorly yet again, although the fact that he played 34 minutes on the second night of a back-to-back has to be the real talking point. Managers should now feel comfortable deploying him on a nightly basis, assuming he suffers no setbacks moving forward. The hope is that his production can increase, having averaged just 13.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 2.5 three-pointers in six games over the past two weeks.
