With Onyeka Okongwu (rest) inactive, Landale drew the start at center and performed admirably with a team-high 17 points. Monday marked the most action the veteran has seen this preseason and his second time scoring in double figures. Landale averaged 9.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists across 23 appearances (two starts) with Atlanta during the 2025-26 regular season.

Mara put up 17 points (4-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 9-12 FT), 10 rebounds, six assists and five swats over 33 minutes in Monday's 113-110 preseason loss to the Hawks.

Mara got some extended run with Oklahoma City resting their entire starting lineup and some key reserves, and he came through with his first double-double of the preseason. Mara is loaded with upside, so he'll make for an intriguing plug-and-play option on the days the Thunder rest their stars.

With several San Antonio regulars inactive, Johnson will enter the starting five. Through two preseason games as a reserve, he's averaging 4.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 17.6 minutes per contest.

McLaughlin will start in Monday's preseason matchup with the Jazz, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

The Spurs are resting their usual starters for Monday's exhibition, so it'll be McLaughlin starting alongside Julian Champagnie, Keldon Johnson, Harrison Barnes, Luke Kornet. McLaughlin and Ja'Kobi Gillespie figure to handle the point guard duties for San Antonio on Monday.

Sensabaugh (hip) is not listed on the injury report for Monday's preseason game against San Antonio.

Sensabaugh sat out Utah's first two preseason games due to a left hip injury, but his omission from the injury report paves the way for the Ohio State product to return to action Monday. In 75 games (22 starts) last season, he averaged 14.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 23.5 minutes per contest.

Markkanen (neck) is not listed on the injury report for Monday's preseason meeting with the Spurs.

It looks like Markkanen will be back after a one-game absence, which should shift Jaxson Hayes or Ace Bailey back to the second unit. If Markkanen can manage to stay healthy this season, he could be in for a career year as the main man in Utah.
