Sochan was a late addition to the injury report Friday and won't suit up due to an illness. The fourth-year forward's next opportunity to play will come Sunday against the Warriors.

Hart (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Indiana, Tony East of Forbes.com reports.

Hart was downgraded from questionable to doubtful Friday afternoon due to left knee soreness. The veteran wing will sit out against Indiana, and he'll aim to return against Golden State on Sunday. Landry Shamet should remain in the starting lineup for as long as Hart is sidelined.

McConnell (hamstring) is good to go for Friday's game versus the Knicks, Jared Schwartz of the New York Post reports.

McConnell is back after a two-game absence, which will likely translate to fewer minutes for Ben Sheppard and Kam Jones. McConnell is averaging 9.3 points, 4.7 assists and 1.1 steals per game this season.

Towns was initially listed as questionable for Friday's game due to knee soreness. He was downgraded to doubtful before being ruled out, and his next chance to play is Sunday against the Warriors. Mitchell Robinson will likely enter the starting lineup at center in Towns' absence.

Zubac (ankle) will play Friday versus the Knicks, Jared Schwartz of the New York Post reports.

Zubac was held out of the second half of Thursday's game to have him available for both legs of the back-to-back set, and it'll be interesting to see if he's cleared for both halves Friday evening. With Zubac active, Jay Huff could be relegated to minutes in the teens.

Nesmith (ankle) is available for Friday's game against the Knicks, Jared Schwartz of the New York Post reports.

Nesmith did not play in Thursday's loss to the Suns while managing a right ankle injury. He's been given the green light to play Friday, and his return will likely result in Ethan Thompson reverting to a bench role. In his last appearance Tuesday against the Kings, Nesmith finished with 29 points, four rebounds, three assists, one block and two three-pointers over 35 minutes.

Murray-Boyles (thumb) has been ruled out for Friday's game versus Phoenix, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Murray-Boyles was initially listed as doubtful for Friday's game, and now we have official confirmation that he'll be watching from the sidelines. Sandro Mamukelashvili will likely continue to see extended minutes with Murray-Boyles out.
