Steve Johnson is a free agent this offseason, and he will likely be a reserve receiver no matter where he ends up. He missed all of the 2016 season with a knee injury, and he was limited to 10 games in 2015. The Chargers cut him in March, and it will be hard for him to play a prominent role since he turns 31 in July and has struggled since leaving Buffalo in 2013. Keep an eye on where Johnson ends up, but he should not be drafted in the majority of leagues.
