Purdy (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Atlanta, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Mac Jones will make at least one more start, with Purdy perhaps hoping to return for Week 8 at Houston on Oct. 26. Purdy now will sit out for the fifth time in the last six contests due to a lingering turf toe injury.
