Winters (neck) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Winters tweaked his neck during the 49ers' 12-6 loss to the Rams this past Sunday. The issue wasn't severe enough to limit his practice participation Wednesday, and barring any setbacks, Winters should be able to play against the Dolphins on Sunday.
