Puni (concussion) was not listed on the 49ers' injury report Tuesday, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Puni suffered a concussion during the preseason but he now appears to have made a full recovery. The 26-year-old is slated to operate as the team's starting right guard in Thursday's regular-season opener against the Rams.
