Jackson (knee) was placed on injured reserve by the 49ers on Saturday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Jackson practiced on a limited basis Wednesday and Thursday before missing Friday's session. The second-year pro has recorded seven tackles, including 3.0 sacks, and a pass defensed in eight games this season.
