Dugger tallied 11 tackles (eight solo) during the 49ers' 23-17 win over the Commanders on Monday.
Dugger was listed as a starter for the third time this season, and the rookie fifth-rounder led the 49ers in tackles while playing 64 of 67 defensive snaps (95.5 percent). He looks to be the favored option as the team's third starting linebacker alongside veterans Fred Warner and Dre Greenlaw. San Francisco will hit the road for Week 7 against Atlanta on Oct. 25.
