Tartt (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's Week 18 matchup against the Rams, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Tartt was limited during each of the 49ers' three practice sessions ahead of Week 18, but he'll still have a chance to suit up in Week 18. Talanoa Hufanga will likely take on a starting role if Tartt is out.
