Jennings suffered an ankle injury in Monday night's Week 1 game against the Jets and is questionable to return, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Jennings was injured while being tackled on the 49ers' first drive of the third quarter, when a defender landed on the back of the wideout's leg. Prior to leaving and heading the blue medical tent, Jennings caught all three of his targets for a team-best 41 yards at the time of his exit.
