Garoppolo completed 18 of 23 pass attempts for 235 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-13 win over Atlanta.

Garoppolo continued his bounce-back season with another efficient outing while leading his team to victory. The 29-year-old performs well when the rushing attack is clicking and he can look downfield on designed play-action calls. We saw that proven formula in action Sunday, as the 49ers rushed 32 times for 162 yards and three touchdowns, resulting in a double-digit yards-per-attempt mark for Garoppolo for the fourth time this season (10.2 YPA today). This Thursday's opponent, the Tennessee Titans, own a top-five rush defense while struggling against the pass, so it will be interesting to see if the 49ers attempt to establish the run or let Garoppolo start slinging it around early.
