Mason (shoulder) returned to the field to begin the second half of Thursday's game against Seattle, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Mason was forced to the locker room midway through the second quarter with a shoulder injury. He didn't return to the field before halftime but logged the 49ers' first carry of the second half.
