Floyd (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Friday's preseason contest versus Las Vegas, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Floyd was hurt in the first quarter when a teammate landed on his right leg during a passing play. The veteran defensive end was evaluated in the locker room and has since been ruled out for the remainder of the game. However, he was later spotted on the 49ers sideline and appeared to be moving fine, per Matt Barrows of The Athletic, so Floyd may have avoided a serious injury.
