Sigle has not practiced since being diagnosed as week-to-week with the high-ankle sprain he sustained in the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Broncos. Wednesday's injury report signals that Malik Mustapha is once again taking first-team reps at strong safety in Sigle's place in anticipation of the team's Week 7 game against the Falcons.
