Evans (hip) is taking part in Friday's practice, David Lombardi of the San Francisco Standard reports.
The 49ers listed Evans as a non-participant on their first two Week 3 injury reports due to a hip issue, but he ran on a side field Thursday and appears poised to mix into drills to wrap up the week. Friday's injury report will reveal both his activity level and whether or not he carries a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Cardinals.
