Burks (knee) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game at Washington, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Burks will return to action Sunday after he sat out the 49ers' last two games due to a knee injury he sustained in Week 14 versus the Seahawks. He projects to start as San Francisco's third linebacker in Week 17.
