Green (head) has returned to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Green was being evaluated by medical staff for a possible concussion after taking a hit to the head. He has been cleared by trainers to return and is back on the field for the fourth quarter.
