Height (hand) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Height was unable to practice during Week 3 due to a hand injury he suffered against the Dolphins in Week 2. The defensive end underwent surgery for the injury Tuesday and is set to return quickly, though he could not return to the field in time for Week 3. With Nick Bosa (calf) and Height ruled out, Khalid Kareem is set to start at defensive end opposite Keion White for Sunday's game.
