Bethune (coach's decision) is officially inactive for Thursday's game against the Rams, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Bethune finished the 2025 campaign on the 49ers' injured reserve, and he'll have to wait at least one more week to make his return to game action. In his absence, Garret Wallow could see an increase in playing time in Week 1.
