Gross-Matos (knee) did not practice Thursday, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports.
Gross-Matos injured his knee in the Aug. 23 preseason finale. Fellow veteran Leonard Floyd has been dealing with a knee issue of his own, and Drake Jackson (knee) was placed on reserve/PUP to open the year. The Niners' edge rushing depth will be tested if one of Floyd or Gross-Matos can't play Monday night against the Jets.
