Baccellia signed with the Cardinals' practice squad Wednesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Baccellia has bounced between Arizona's active roster and practice squad each of the last two seasons, appearing in a total of 13 regular-season games. In that time, he's caught seven passes on 10 targets for 45 yards. He'll now have the opportunity to stick with the franchise and work toward carving out a larger role with the team.
