Pierce has been released from the Bears' practice squad.
Pierce joined Chicago's practice squad after being waived during the team's roster cut-downs in advance of Week 1. The 25-year-old, who logged six carries for 34 yards and a TD in five games with the Bears in 2020, could find his way back on the team's practice squad again down the road, if he doesn't catch on elsewhere in short order.
