The Rams signed Trammell to the practice squad Wednesday, Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.
Trammell showcased versatility as a receiver and return man during the preseason, so it's not much of a surprise to see him pop back up on the practice squad. He logged two appearances with the Falcons last year but only handled seven special-teams snaps.
