Pierce was elevated to the active roster Saturday.
Pierce is expected to provide valuable depth at running back with Damien Williams on the reserve/COVID-19 list and Ryan Nall (ankle) listed as questionable for Sunday's divisional contest. The second-year running back played in five games with the Bears last season but primarily was a special teams player.
