Hoyer completed 28 of 36 passes for 302 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Lions.

With Alshon Jeffery limited with knee and hamstring injuries, Hoyer locked in heavily on both Eddie Royal and Kevin White on his way to a productive fantasy day. He found Royal for a first-half touchdown, and later connected with him a short pass that he turned into a 64-yard reception, and his second touchdown came to a wide-open Zach Miller. Hoyer's overall numbers were impressive, especially since the Bears played with the lead throughout most of the contest, and they were able to also lean heavily upon Jordan Howard and the rushing attack. He'll continue to be a solid fantasy backup until Jay Cutler returns to the lineup from his palm injury.
