Kramer (lower leg), who spent the entire 2022 season on injured reserve, is participating in OTAs, Alyssa Barbieri of USA Today reports.
The 2022 sixth-round pick will be looking to make his NFL debut in 2023 if he can win a spot on the Bears' season-opening 53-man roster. Kramer will most likely be competing for a depth role at center.
