Graham caught two passes for 25 yards in Chicago's 33-27 victory over the Vikings on Sunday.
Graham received more targets than teammate Cole Kmet for the first time in three games, but Graham has posted just 80 yards and one touchdown over his last five contests. Therefore, he remains difficult to trust in Week 16 despite having an excellent matchup against the Jaguars.
