Fields (thumb) logged a second consecutive full practice Thursday.
Fields dinged his right thumb during his first NFL start this past Sunday in Cleveland, but X-rays were returned negative. The issue hasn't impacted his ability to practice this week, while Andy Dalton has remained a limited participant due to a bone bruise in his left knee. Coach Matt Nagy has noted Dalton will be the Bears' starting quarterback if he's healthy enough to play, but a decision has yet to be made for Sunday's matchup with the Lions.
