Fields exited Sunday's game against the Ravens with a rib injury, Adam Hoge of NBC Sports Chicago reports.
The rookie headed to the locker room to be evaluated early in the third quarter, leaving Andy Dalton to take over at quarterback for Chicago. Fields completed four of 11 passes for 79 yards with four carries for 23 yards prior to leaving the game.
