Kareem (hip), who was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, was placed on the Bears' injured reserve list Saturday, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.
Kareem has been unable to see the field for the first two weeks of the season while dealing with a hip injury. He'll now be forced to sit out for the next four games and will be eligible to return in Week 7 against the Raiders on Oct. 22.
