Kareem (hip) will not play in Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Kareem did not see the field in either of the Bears' first two games to start the season, thus his absence is not expected to impact the defense. He will now focus on recovering in time for Week 4.
